The HR Manager will oversee and execute various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. The role involves developing HR strategies, facilitating training programs, managing payroll and benefits, and promoting an inclusive organizational culture to support employee engagement and professional development. Qualifications Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations experience Proficiency in HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations Skills in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution Experience in payroll management and benefits administration Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
