We are looking for a strategic, people-focused, and results-driven HR Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building strong workplace culture, driving HR strategy, and supporting organizational growth. You will play a key role in overseeing HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes.
Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution when needed.
Drive performance management processes, including reviews and development plans.
Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce planning.
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and culture building.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
A people-first mindset with a focus on culture and engagement.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
