We are looking for a strategic, people-focused, and results-driven HR Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building strong organizational culture, driving HR initiatives, and supporting business growth through effective people management. You will play a key role in overseeing HR operations, talent development, and employee engagement strategies.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee performance management processes, including reviews, feedback, and development plans.
Manage employee relations and support resolution of workplace issues.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee training and development programs to support employee growth.
Manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational planning and development.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
A people-first mindset with strong business acumen.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
