Role Description
The Senior HR Manager / Director is responsible for leading the organization’s human resources strategy, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and overall business objectives. This role focuses on building a high-performance culture, strengthening organizational capability, and supporting leadership in workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. The role is also responsible for designing and implementing HR policies and frameworks that promote fairness, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
A core aspect of this position is partnering with senior leadership to anticipate organizational needs and develop strategies that support long-term growth and transformation. This includes driving initiatives related to organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and change management. The role also plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture that enhances engagement, productivity, and retention.
The Senior HR Manager / Director is expected to act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on leader, balancing high-level planning with effective execution. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to influence stakeholders and guide teams through complex organizational challenges.
Qualifications
Strong experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic HR leadership
