Role Description
The HR Manager / Director is responsible for leading the organization’s human resources strategy and ensuring the effective management of all people-related functions. This role focuses on building a strong organizational culture, supporting business objectives through talent management, and developing scalable HR practices that enable growth and performance.
Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and workforce planning, performance management systems, employee relations, compensation and benefits structures, and learning and development programs. The role also involves designing and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
A central part of the position is partnering with leadership teams to shape organizational design, drive employee engagement, and support change management initiatives. The HR Manager / Director plays a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, strengthening leadership capability, and improving overall employee experience. In addition, the role is responsible for using data and insights to inform HR strategies and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives.
This position requires a balance of strategic leadership and operational execution, with the ability to manage both long-term workforce planning and day-to-day HR matters. Strong judgment, discretion, and a people-centered mindset are essential.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in human resources management, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing HR functions or teams
Solid understanding of labor regulations, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
Experience in organizational development, change management, and workforce planning
Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data and metrics to drive decision-making
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex people-related challenges
