Role Description
The HR Manager / Director is responsible for leading and enhancing the organization’s human resources strategy, policies, and operations to support business objectives and organizational growth. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring the effective management of talent, employee relations, organizational development, and people operations.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and succession planning. The role also oversees policy development, compliance with employment regulations, and the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. In partnership with business leaders, this position provides guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
The HR Manager / Director is expected to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture while balancing employee needs with business priorities. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and organizational development
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution and employee engagement capabilities
Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals
Solid understanding of performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
Experience in policy development, process improvement, and HR operations management
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges
