Role Overview
Lead and manage the end-to-end HR function to support business growth across healthcare and pharmaceutical operations. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations, especially for sales, operations, and support teams within the hospital and healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end recruitment across sales, operations, warehouse, and corporate roles
• Build hiring pipelines for hospital sales, pharma, and healthcare profiles
• Manage onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle processes
• Develop and implement performance management and appraisal systems
• Handle employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture building
• Manage HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Support leadership in organization structuring and workforce planning
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or related industry
• Strong experience in hiring for sales, operations, and field roles
• Good understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR processes
• Experience in performance management and employee engagement
