ACCIONA Energía is governed by the most demanding environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria. Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration: - Secure the completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of all employee records and HR files - Manage all employee processes in Workday: Execute and maintain end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions in Workday - Maintain and update organizational charts, job descriptions, and job requirements for all positions - Prepare, issue, and maintain labor contracts and employment agreements in compliance with Thai Labor Law. - Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, collecting accurate data from HRIS and internal databases. - Verify staff claim requests against HR policies, uploading documentation to systems for approval and payment processing - Support in Visa and Work Permit Management: Coordinate and manage visa, work permit, and relocation processes for expatriates and foreign employees in compliance with local regulations. - Employee Engagement Activities: Plan and organize internal employee events, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives together with the Admin team. 2. Compensation and Benefits : - Prepare and process monthly payroll tasks, including salary calculations, income tax withholding (P.N.D. 1 / 1 ก), and year-end tax forms in coordination with Accounting - Administer the Social Security Fund (SSF), Workmen’s Compensation Fund, and group insurance benefits - Arrange and track employee allowances, benefits, and welfare per company policy 3. Training and Employee Development: - Coordinate and monitor the annual employee performance appraisal process - Organize internal and external training programs based on identified departmental development needs Required Skills and Competencies Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or related fields Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll assistance, or HR administration Skills: Good command of MS Office (especially Excel), familiarity with HRIS systems, and working knowledge of Thai Labor Law and personal tax rules High attention to detail, good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential information Language: Good communication skills in Thai and professional proficiency in English As a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
