Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an HR Operations Manager / Chief Marketing Officer / Senior HR Manager. The position is responsible for supporting daily business operations, enhancing internal management processes, and contributing to organizational development initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating administrative and operational activities, supporting workforce planning, improving communication workflows, assisting with strategic marketing alignment, and maintaining effective collaboration between departments. The role also involves developing internal procedures, monitoring organizational performance, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. In addition, the position will contribute to business growth initiatives, organizational planning, reporting processes, and operational efficiency while promoting a positive and productive working environment through strong coordination and leadership support.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, business administration, and organizational management
• Understanding of marketing strategies, branding concepts, and corporate communication practices
• Ability to support workflow optimization and operational process improvement
• Familiarity with internal policy development and organizational procedures
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of compliance standards, workplace policies, and administrative best practices
• Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications in HR, marketing, or management are considered a plus
