This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about talent acquisition and creating an outstanding candidate experience. 🚀 What You’ll Do Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns Support onboarding coordination for new hires ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related internships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively Attention to detail and proactive mindset Professional proficiency in English (French is a plus) Based in France with valid work authorization 🌟 What We Offer Flexible remote work across France (or hybrid if applicable) Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Collaborative and people-focused work environment Competitive salary and benefits package
