HR Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to strengthen our reporting capability. We need someone who is curious about what sits behind the numbers and ready to take ownership of their area. What you’ll do: Build, maintain and improve reports and data models Turn business requirements into practical reporting solutions Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting and help resolve data-quality issues Work closely with colleagues across HR, Finance, Facility, Risk, Compliance and other business areas Take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of your reporting Work responsibly with sensitive data and apply GDPR, compliance and data-governance principles Our HR reporting landscape includes employee data, recruitment, learning, performance and calibration, compensation and employee surveys. SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, is our core HR systems behind this reporting. What we’re looking for: Experience in reporting, data analysis and/or data modelling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A can-do mindset: when something doesn’t work, you investigate, ask questions and look for a way forward Ability to understand business needs and communicate with business and technical colleagues Strong awareness of data quality, confidentiality and responsible data handling Curiosity, willingness to learn and readiness to take ownership Nice to have: Experience with some of these technologies: Qlik, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL A big advantage is experience with HR reporting, especially SAP SuccessFactors Reporting / Employee Central You don’t need to know all of them from day one. Strong reporting fundamentals, learning agility and the willingness to become confident with the technologies we use matter more than ticking every technology box. Your first three months: We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. Within your first three months, the goal is for you to independently deliver your assigned regular reports, take responsibility for their quality and timely delivery, and handle basic ad-hoc requests within your area. What matters is that you learn fast, ask the right questions and don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem for you.
