New Hire Orientation & Training Support What your background should look like: Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or related fields Experience 3 years above employee lifecycle management related experience in manufacturing industry, Shared Services experience is preferred Experience supporting multinational or multi-country HR operations is preferred Skills & Competencies Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) Strong process mindset, data accuracy focus, and risk awareness Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
