HSE Supervisor (Local only)

Job Description HSE Supervisor Location: Phu My, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Vietnam Department: Industry Division Company: Bureau Veritas Vietnam Position Summary Bureau Veritas Vietnam is seeking a qualified HSE Supervisor to support industrial inspection and project activities in Phu My. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and supporting clients and project teams in achieving HSE objectives. Key Responsibilities Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE requirements at project sites. Conduct site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and behaviors. Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE briefings. Review work permits and support permit-to-work implementation. Ensure compliance with client HSE procedures and local regulations. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare reports and corrective action recommendations. Monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance. Promote HSE awareness and safe working practices among project personnel. Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation. Support emergency preparedness and response activities when required. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in industrial, construction, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments. Experience working at industrial plants, fabrication yards, or construction sites is preferred. Knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations and industry safety standards. S
