Job description

A healthcare facility in Brooklyn is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team. Requirements: • HR experience in a nursing home • HR degree or formal training (preferred) • Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage nursing staff schedules • Handle payroll coordination & timecards • Oversee employee benefits coordination • Manage front desk operations • Ensure compliance with hiring/onboarding regulations • Lead recruitment (screening, interviews, hiring) • Support HR functions (discipline, terminations, etc.) • Attend management meetings & assist as needed About the Facility: A well-established rehab & skilled nursing center focused on quality care, resident dignity, and a supportive team environment.
