JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for the development, management and maintenance of human capital programs (includes HR strategy, manpower plans, staff costs management and optimisation), policies and procedures to attract, select, recruit, develop, retain and manage employees to deliver the Bank’s strategy and business plans.
