Global Position Name Industrial Eng. 工业工程师 Responsibilities 负责执行器及相关机电一体化产品新项目的工业化导入，支持产品从试制、验证到量产爬坡。 Lead the industrialization of new actuator and related electromechanical product projects, supporting products from trial production and validation through mass-production ramp-up. 负责装配及测试工艺的开发、调试、验证和优化。 Develop, commission, validate, and optimize assembly and testing processes. 支持生产设备、工装夹具和测试系统的导入、调试及验证。 Support the introduction, commissioning, and validation of production equipment, tooling, fixtures, and testing systems. 参与产品及工艺变更项目，评估相关影响并推动变更落地。 Participate in product and process change projects, assess their impact, and drive changes to implementation. 分析并解决生产现场的工艺和质量问题，提升生产稳定性、良率和效率。 Analyze and resolve process and quality issues on the production floor to improve production stability, yield, and efficiency. 支持低成本自动化、工位改善和防错项目的实施。 Support the implementation of low-cost automation, workstation improvement, and error-proofing projects. 编制和维护工艺文件、作业指导书、测试规范及相关变更记录。 Prepare and maintain process documents, work instructions, test specifications, and related change records. 与研发、生产、质量和设备团队协作，支持日常生产、质量活动及持续改善。 Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Equipment teams to support daily production, quality activities, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 具备机械、电气、车辆工程、自动化、项目管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, automation, project management, or a related field. 具备3年以上以装配工艺为核心的制造工程或工业化经验，行业背景可来自汽车零部件、机器人零部件或其他机电一体化产品。 Have at least 3 years of manufacturing engineering or industrialization experience with a strong focus on assembly processes, preferably in automotive components, robotic components, or other electromechanical products. 具备新产品工业化、NPI、试产导入和量产爬坡经验。 Have experience in new product industrialization, NPI, pilot production introduction, and mass-production ramp-up. 熟悉装配、功能测试或性能测试相关工艺。 Be familiar with assembly, functional testing, or performance testing processes. 具备生产设备、工装夹具或测试系统导入、调试和验证经验。 Have experience in the introduction, commissioning, and validation of production equipment, tooling, fixtures, or testing systems. 具备较强的数据分析、问题解决和持续改善能力，能够推动问题闭环。 Possess strong data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities, with the ability to drive issues to closure. 结果导向，具备项目管理和跨部门协作能力，能够主动推动项目和工艺变更落地。 Be result-driven, with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to proactively drive projects and process changes to implementation. 执行器、机器人关节模组、伺服电机、减速器或其他类似机电一体化产品经验者优先；能够使用英语阅读技术资料并进行基本书面沟通。 Experience with actuators, robotic joint modules, servo motors, reducers, or similar electromechanical products is preferred; ability to read technical documents and communicate in basic written English is required.
