Job Description: Details of the Division and Team: The Global Emerging Markets business consists of Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Cash Bonds trading businesses. You can expect: Supplemental Savings Plan on top of mandatory social security 20 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working Arrangement A range of competitive benefits to suit your needs On-line family doctor consultation for both employee & family members Employee Assistance Program for both employee & family members Your key responsibilities Main focus on expanding the structured flow business across institutional and corporate franchise across the regions Risk management of local currency related options (fx and interest rates derivatives) Get actively involved in FIC exotic business across the Asia EM franchise with specific focus on Greater China; across asset and liability side trades Innovating solutions for wrapping Asian currency risk across various asset classes – fx, rates, credit, etc for clients Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on infrastructure development Optimize product delivery and service through co-ordination with internal groups and pro- sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and customer loyalty Your skills and experience To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum 7 years’ experience in Asia FIC trading and/or structuring Minimum 7 years experience in China ecosystem, cross border regulatory requirements and key product enablement rules Minimum 7 years expertise in fixed income and FX solutions, specifically notes issuance, EMTN, bond derivatives, deposits, and financing. Coverage: Proven experience working alongside multiple institutional and corporate coverage teams to successfully drive complex financial product strategies.
