# Independent Recruitment Consultant (Commission-Only) > The Greater Change · Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Remote) · Full-time · Posted 2026-10-24 **Workplace:** remote **Department:** The Greater Change ## Description **Key responsibilities** - Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and your own network - Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against client requirements - Present qualified candidates and manage them through the interview process - Negotiate offers and manage candidates through to joining - Maintain candidate records and updates in our ATS - Bring your own candidates and, where possible, new client opportunities ## Requirements - 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in the UAE or GCC - Proven track record of closing positions - Strong sourcing and search skills - A strong candidate network in Dubai and the GCC - Presentable, Should have Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently - Valid UAE residency, with a freelance permit or trade licence (or the ability to obtain one) - Your own laptop, phone and internet connection ## Benefits - Attractive commission on every position closed - Uncapped earning potential - Access to live, quality mandates - Access to our ATS and branded recruitment documents - Flexible working hours **Before you apply, a few things to know 👇** - 💼 **Commission-only partnership:** you earn on every placement you close.
