Complete and accurately document all PM work orders within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in a timely manner. Inspect and lubricate equipment components including gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, couplings, and slides per lubrication schedules. 2.2 Corrective & Emergency Repairs Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures on production equipment to minimize unplanned downtime. Perform emergency breakdown repairs on a priority basis to restore production operations as quickly and safely as possible. Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align mechanical components such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, presses, and material handling equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance calls and work effectively under pressure to resolve equipment failures during critical production runs. 2.3 Electrical & Controls Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motor control circuits, PLCs, sensors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and relay logic panels. Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and wiring diagrams to diagnose faults and make approved modifications. Install, wire, and commission motors, starters, drives, control panels, and instrumentation in compliance with local electrical codes. Assist with PLC program modifications under engineering supervision when required for equipment repairs or upgrades. 2.4 Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance Maintain facility systems including compressed air systems, water treatment equipment, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and building HVAC. Perform plumbing repairs, minor carpentry, welding, and fabrication tasks as required to maintain plant infrastructure.
