REMOTE | E-COMMERCE | INSIDE SALES & SUPPORT | US TIMEZONE (EST) ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is an e-commerce company specializing in home water filtration systems in the US market. They are expanding their remote international team and looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist. This is a hybrid role combining sales ownership with customer support execution. The role structure is approximately 70% Sales and 30% Customer Support. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, experience with inbound and outbound communication, and confidence in closing deals independently. WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE: - High Ownership: Handle warm inbound leads and drive revenue without cold spamming. - Direct Impact: Build long-term customer relationships and directly influence customer lifetime value. - Uncapped Earnings: High commission percentages tied directly to clear sales targets. - Streamlined Processes: Low support volume, allowing you to focus heavily on sales and conversions. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Sales & Revenue Generation - Convert inbound inquiries into completed purchases through structured conversations. - Conduct sales discussions focused on closing and objection handling. - Handle consistent follow-ups, lead nurturing, and re-engagement of potential clients. - Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities (upgrading systems and replacement filters). - Conduct targeted outbound outreach to warm leads. - Maintain accurate records, logging interactions and pricing negotiations in Zoho CRM. Customer Support & Operations - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with high responsiveness. - Process orders, refunds, replacements, and provide product consultations. - Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams regarding shipping status and logistics issues. - Provide comprehensive pre-sale and post-sale support. Operations & Reporting - Report daily on sales activity, conversion performance, and customer feedback. - Maintain proper CRM tagging, segmentation, and interaction logging. - Coordinate with internal CS, CRM, and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel. WHAT COMPANY LOOKING FOR: - 3+ years of proven experience in sales, revenue generation, and deal closing. - Fluent American English (spoken and written) - this is a strict requirement with zero exceptions. - Solid experience working with CRMs (Zoho CRM is highly preferred). - High comfort level with both inbound and outbound sales calls. - Strong objection handling, pricing discussion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and consistently meet structured KPIs. NICE TO HAVE: - Experience in E-commerce (Shopify/Amazon ecosystems) or B2B sales. - Familiarity with logistics and fulfillment platforms such as ShipStation. - Experience with physical product sales (home improvement, appliances, etc.). PRODUCTS & MARKET CONTEXT: - Products: Whole house water filtration systems, replacement filters, faucets, and components. - Target Market: Primarily B2C, with an expanding B2B segment (plumbers, installers, resellers). - Average Deal Sizes: $80–$300 for replacements/filters; $300–$600+ for full systems. - Repeat Customer LTV: $1,200+. LOCATION & CONDITIONS 📍 Location: 100% Remote (Global, with a focus on LatAm, Europe). 🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Fixed schedule). 💼 Contract Type: Contractor.
