Job description
Company Overview
LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides outsourcing solutions to agencies, software vendors, and website owners. For over seven years, we have successfully collaborated with a variety of companies, providing valuable technical, operational, and back-office support. We have a large team of skilled and passionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work for our clients.
Position Overview
LevelUp is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our clients' newly established sales functions. In this role, you will act as a key extension of our clients' global commercial teams, responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging directly with existing accounting and audit firms within their installed base.
This is a high-impact position often tied to the launch of new solutions. Initially, you will focus on managing high inbound demand, guiding current clients who have free credits through their conversion journey from free-to-paid accounts. You will help customers understand package tiers, address their questions, handle common objections, and close deals directly using CRM tools.
Responsibilities will expand to managing portal escalations and executing targeted outbound campaigns to an installed base using usage-triggered events. The ideal candidate is comfortable with high-volume chat and email sales, holds a high standard of discipline for CRM logging, and possesses a strong curiosity to understand products beyond the surface level. If you are a resilient, target-driven sales professional looking to build a career in B2B SaaS sales, we want to hear from you.
Role Details
• Work Setup: Fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week.
• Schedule: Requires flexibility to cover fixed, rostered night/mid-afternoon shifts across North American and European business hours, including Philippine holidays.
Reference: 2641-141224
Responsibilities
Respond to high volumes of inbound chats and emails from existing clients utilizing free credits or trial periods. Take incoming phone calls when customers request direct conversations.
Guide customers through package options, pricing tiers, and licensing models. Manage common objections using provided sales playbooks and close transactions using assisted checkout in CRM/sales tools.
Identify complex, multi-seat, or enterprise-level opportunities and route them seamlessly to named Account Managers, providing clear and detailed handover notes.
Document 100% of customer interactions, purchase intent, objections, and usage trends in CRM daily, maintaining high pipeline accuracy.
Handle "talk to someone" escalated requests arising from self-serve portals.
Run proactive outbound campaigns targeting an installed base based on usage triggers (averaging 40 to 60 touches per day across chat and email) and support seasonal marketing campaigns.
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including maintaining chat response times under 60 seconds, keeping deal cycles under 5 business days (initial phase) and 3 business days (subsequent phases), and maintaining a CSAT score above 4.2.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS inside sales, chat sales, or high-volume inbound SDR/BDR roles, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and conversion metrics.
Experience closing deals over live chat (e.g., Intercom or similar tools), demonstrating an ability to manage multiple simultaneous conversations with speed and accuracy.
Exceptional written English skills (clear, grammatically correct, and friendly) for chat and email, paired with confident, professional spoken English for calls.
Direct experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM daily to manage leads, opportunities, and log communication.
Complete willingness and availability to work fixed, rostered night/mid-afternoon shifts (covering North American and European business hours) and Philippine holidays.
Previous experience selling software, tools, or services to accounting, audit, or financial professional services firms (nice-to-have).
High comfort level learning, understanding, and explaining AI-powered analysis or data software products (nice-to-have).
Experience converting free-tier, trial, or freemium users to paid recurring plans (Product-Led Growth / PLG) (nice-to-have).
Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) workflows or guided checkout systems (nice-to-have).
Fluency in French, German, or Dutch is highly valued (nice-to-have).
Communication & Attitude
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with technical/customer support or regularly interacting with clients on technical matters.
A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude.
Has a proactive and can-do approach to work.
Genuinely enjoys helping people solve their problems and cares about the customer experience.
Is passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement.
