The role of Inside Sales Representative works in tandem with the Outside Sales Representatives nationwide to provide excellent customer service to drive optimal sales results.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customers with product information to assist them in determining appropriate productsRecommend additional products to meet customer needsRespond to customer requests and questions regarding technical issues, products and account information; analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established proceduresTrack sales activities and maintain customer database using a CRM programProvide quotes, prepare proposals and enter orders in a timely and efficient mannerFollow up with customer for quotes, reports, orders, etc.Coordinate with other departments to provide superior customer serviceAchieve an advanced understanding of Rittal productsOther duties as assigned by the Inside Sales ManagerWhat you bringStrong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with diverse groups of peoplePassionate about sales and technologyStrong commitment to personal excellence, self-motivated and resourcefulEntrepreneurial attitudeExcellent project management skills, ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environmentA team player with a “can do” attitude and strong customer service orientationCapable problem solver that develops effective solutions for complex problemsFrench language skills are an asset but not requiredSalary Range$58000 - $63000 / yearOur success depends on our people.
