Instructional Support Specialist (TX - DFW)

Summit K12 is seeking Instructional Support Specialists with experience in teaching, coaching, or school leadership to join our national Professional Development Team. The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of language development. The Instructional Support Specialist will provide onsite and online high-quality professional development for teachers and leaders who are implementing our Summit K12 Connect to Literacy solution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in teaching, coaching, leadership, curriculum knowledge, professional development delivery, and a deep understanding of instructional strategies and pedagogy to support English learners. The goal is to empower teachers and school leaders to effectively implement evidence-based practices aligned to our solutions, thereby nurturing an environment conducive to student success. TERRITORY: Texas - DFW. Candidates must live in the state of Texas in the Dallas Fort Worth area and must be willing to travel across the state.
