Instructional Technology Technician

Provides and manages technical and application expertise along with Technical Service Delivery (TSD)/Help Desk teams for Covenant School of Nursing and Allied Health (CSONAH), Learning Resource Center, classrooms, etc. Identify system optimization and enhancements and collaborate with vendors and other IT teams in order to implement effective solutions. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology, Education or related field.
