If you are a licensed insurance professional who thrives on operational excellence and client satisfaction, we want to hear from you.What You Will DeliverDrive the full lifecycle of general & motor insurance policies, seamlessly executing new business applications, renewals, endorsements, claims processing, and cancellations.Oversee daily administrative workflows, including precise premium collections and refund arrangements. Ensure all documentation is flawlessly accurate and fully compliant with regulatory standards.Act as the primary liaison with major insurance companies to negotiate terms, advocate for clients during the claims process, and efficiently resolve underwriting queries.Deliver responsive and empathetic customer service by managing and resolving high-volume inquiries across multiple channels—including WhatsApp, email, and phone—translating complex insurance details into clear, helpful advice.Track business performance by preparing accurate and timely monthly operational reports to help management identify trends and optimize workflows.Who You AreA proven track record in general insurance operations, with direct experience in General Insurance highly preferred.Must possess valid IIQE Paper 1 & 2 passes.Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.Adept at using digital communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business) to manage customer interactions efficiently.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.Highly organized, independent, and customer-centric.A natural relationship-builder and excellent team player who collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, while still possessing the drive to manage tasks independently.
