Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in accordance with established standards of care - Conduct focused and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs and cardiac monitoring - Recognize and report changes in patient condition to physicians and the care team - Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely per provider orders - Participate in patient and family education related to the plan of care - Collaborate with and support other nursing personnel - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record - Adhere to patient safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality requirements
