What you need to do Preparing, maintaining, and updating employee files accurately Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities. Support data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Support day-to-day HR operations activities and employee-related processes. What you need Undergraduate or a recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field. Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality Good organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
