Job description
We are looking for an intern to join our Executive Office to support the daily operations of the department. Responsibilities: Assist in handling the circulation of the Bank's formal documents Assist in collection, sorting and filling the Bank's archive management files Assist in supporting in comprehensive report writing Generate Corporate Culture Promotion Materials Assist in organizing the Bank's general meetings and major events. Other tasks assigned by the Head of the Department
Profile: Bachelor's degree or above in Management, Economics, Finance, Linguistic or related fields. Proactive, attention to detail, responsible attitude. Good knowledge of MS Office Fluent in Chinese and English, other languages are considered as an asset. Available from Sep 1st for 6 months
