ABOUT THE ROLE Gain hands-on experience within Prudential's Risk & Compliance function, supporting risk management, compliance and business resilience initiatives through data analysis, research and reporting. This internship is ideal for students with strong analytical capabilities who are interested in applying quantitative and data-driven approaches to solve business and risk challenges within a regulated financial services environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze data and identify trends, anomalies and risk indicators to support risk and compliance monitoring. Support risk assessments, compliance reviews and business resilience initiatives through data-driven analysis. Develop reports, dashboards and visualizations to support management reporting and decision-making. Conduct research and provide insights on regulatory, risk and compliance-related matters. Assist in evaluating processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to support risk, compliance and resilience projects. Contribute to special projects involving analytics, governance, risk monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines . Preferably available to commence the internship in November or December 2026. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data and interpreting insights. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, R or other analytical tools would be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
