Position: International Technical Recruiter (Female) Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 No. Of Openings: 02 Timings: Rotating Shift Job Description Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent Ability to manage 360-degree recruitment process Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals to source highly qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals to meet current and future hiring needs. Ensure hiring practices comply with local employment laws in different countries. Optimizing recruitment strategies based on hiring performance. Work closely with hiring and technical teams to understand role requirements and ensure seamless hiring processes. Enhance employer brand visibility by engaging in recruitment initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Excellent English communication and negotiation skills. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with global hiring experience in managed IT services Expertise in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals and social media platforms Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different countries and time zones. Experience working in fast-paced, multinational environments. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Apply Now
