Key Accountabilities: Commercial intelligence to summarize key opportunities and news on the event market (worldwide). Update and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information. Support to build presentations for monthly internal meetings. Support to build commercial offers : consolidate slides and procure rates within internal and external network. Follow up on the sales pipeline and assist in monitoring progress for ongoing projects. Work with project managers on the process optimization. Contribute to innovative solutions for logistics challenges in the event sector. Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations.
