If you’re hands-on, dependable, and take pride in doing quality work, you’ll fit right in here.We’re looking for someone who knows irrigation systems inside and out, enjoys problem-solving, and genuinely cares about delivering great results. What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a key role in keeping our clients’ landscapes running smoothly by:Installing irrigation systems for both residential and commercial propertiesHandling seasonal work like spring start-ups and fall winterizations/shutdownsTroubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing existing systemsMaintaining and repairing components like sprinkler heads, valves, pumps, lines, and control panelsReading and working from irrigation plans and layoutsSetting up job sites, ordering materials, and keeping projects on trackCompleting paperwork and job reports accuratelyOperating equipment like trenchers, pullers, trucks, tampers, and other toolsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who:Has at least 3 years of hands-on irrigation experienceUnderstands irrigation installation, maintenance, and repairCan read and interpret plans and technical drawingsIs comfortable working outdoors and operating equipment dailyStays organized and can manage job sites, materials, and reportingWorks well with others and maintains a professional attitudeHas a valid driver’s license and DOT card(Bonus) Holds a CIT certification What You’ll GetWe take care of our team and offer:Paid time offHealth insuranceRetirement planBoot reimbursement (up to $100)Bonus opportunitiesTraining incentivesPay increases for licenses and certificationsAnnual merit reviewsReal opportunities for growth and advancement
