IT Engineer

About the Role and Team You will join the IT Operations team responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of Adform’s internal IT environment. The team operates and maintains core systems, including identity and access management (Active Directory / Entra ID), endpoint management (Intune), collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365), and internal infrastructure services. In this role, you will ensure high availability and performance of IT services used across the organization. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and continuously improve our IT landscape. The role combines hands on system administration troubleshooting and automation. You will also contribute to improving monitoring documentation and overall service quality within IT Operations. Be ready to: Operate and maintain internal IT systems Microsoft 365 Entra ID Active Directory Intune; Manage endpoint environment for Windows MacOS devices via Intune and additional tools MDM and Autopilot with zero touch device enrollment; Monitor administrative activities audit logs and access related events across enterprise systems; Investigate and resolve incidents related to identity permissions endpoint security and platform administration; Support identity governance including onboarding offboarding access reviews and compliance control; Ticketing system experience Jira Confluence; Manage privileged access SSO lifecycle MFA administrative roles and user permissions in line with security best practices; Contribute to automation e.g. scripts process improvements. We can grow together faster if you have: Experience with Microsoft ecosystem Microsoft 365 Entra ID Azure AD Intune; Hands on experience managing Windows or macOS endpoints; Experience with identity and access management concepts; Strong troubleshooting skills across systems and user issues; Understanding of system availability security and performance; Experience with monitoring or logging tools; Basic scripting PowerShell Bash or similar; Ability to take ownership and work independently. Stand out by having: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred); Experience with automation (PowerShell, scripting, workflows); Experience working with external vendors / service providers; Advanced networking knowledge.
