IT Manufacturing Systems Support Technician

What Will You Do: Monitor and verify incident tickets and provide first-level support on Production application issues. Provide quick fixes on Production issues if available. Log the sequence of events and update the status of incident ticket/s. Prepare related documents and reports for all incidents. Escalate incidents to the next level of support when needed. Collaborate with other TDS staff to resolve complex issues. Stay up to date on the latest TDS trends and technologies. What Will You Bring: 3-year technology graduate / at least 2-year experience in related field 2+ years of experience in a Production support role Why Allegro?
