Requisition ID: 78386 Description 半導体工場の生産システム（社内システム）の障害対応、ユーザサポート、依頼業務 Responsibilities SFSJ is deploying Automation system for manufacturing. The system is provided from FY20. Operators and Engineers need to know how to use them. And when problem happen it will affect production. Users need to know contact person for all the systems. As a single contact window of all the systems. The member of this position will provide how to use them. And escalating request to appropriate engineers. And manual base, troubleshooting is also in scope. The service will be provided 24 x 7. Accordingly, this position is for shift working members. In addition to troubleshooting, also handle daily requests for new tool, new part registrations, and changes to operate the MES system.
