About the role: As a Project Manager at Gradion, you'll lead international IT delivery projects across both our Dedicated Team engagements (long-term partnerships) and Fixed-Price projects (defined scope, defined outcome). You'll be the person clients rely on to keep things clear, honest, and moving, turning ambiguous requirements into a plan the team can execute, spotting risks before they become surprises, and helping clients make the calls that keep projects on track. This is a client-facing role. You'll be trusted to speak plainly, push back when it matters, and use modern tools, especially AI, to work smarter, not just harder.
