Aliz is an award-winning Premier Google Cloud Partner based in Hungary, with team members in Hungary, Germany, Singapore and Indonesia.We’re a small IT services company of ~120 people that builds cloud, data and GenAI solutions for clients around the world. Think: moving data from a server in a client’s basement to the cloud, making it cheap to store, putting machine learning to work on it, and these days building AI agents that act on it.Clients come to us for Google Cloud expertise, so we’re always either training people to be experts or finding them wherever they are. That makes our recruitment team busy, so we’re looking for a student to join us as an extra pair of hands while learning the craft of tech recruiting.If you’re a curious recruiter-in-the-making who loves techie things, this one’s for you.What you’ll doSupport the recruitment team in driving full-lifecycle recruitment across various roles.Sourcing talents for our open positions from various channels (eg. LinkedIn, Metaview etc.). Candidate outreach, A/B testing LinkedIn inmails, figuring out what kind of messages “stick”.Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.Contacting candidates and coordinating interview scheduling.Use AI tools like Claude/Gemini to do market research, or speed up sourcing. Explore these tools and suggest new ways to use them.Keep our recruitment data and ATS clean, and help build and maintain our talent pool.Bring fresh ideas for improving how we hire.Support employer branding initiatives occasionally.What you’ll needActive student status until at least the end of the 2027 autumn-winter semester, and availability of around 10-20 hours/week, depending on workload.A “techie” mindset, or an interest in IT and IT companies.A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to keep learning.Professional-level communication in English and Hungarian.Nice to havePrevious recruitment experience, especially with sourcing and outreach.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, any ATS, or the Google ecosystem (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Gemini).What we offerFlexible hours that fit around your studies, with a strong remote-working culture.Real hiring challenges (different tech stacks, different countries/regions) to kickstart your career as a tech recruiter.Mentoring from an experienced recruitment team - previous recruitment experience is not a must, we are happy to train you, if you bring the enthusiasm.😊A vibrant, super-smart, international team, fun events and a dog-friendly office.
