Those without a Poly will not be considered.**Required Skills: Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements for SharePoint sites, service now, saves and custom applicationsDemonstrated experience providing application support identifying and validating requirements for SalesforceDemonstrated experience leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutionsDemonstrated experience with JiraDemonstrated experience with ConfluenceWork Requirements:Capture, document, track, report and archive products and services requested from partner to the clientWork in close partnership with project managers, software teams, architects, security in interpreting and vetting product and service requests to the clientEstablish and maintain close relationships with partners to understand and anticipate requirements and business opportunities for the clientSupport the day-to-day activities of the clientProvide support to the client in the development and coordination of organizational policies, standards, processes, and proceduresDevelop and maintain documentation that captures the client's business processes supporting the client's software build and support servicesSupport data calls as requested by the clientAssess partner requirements, identify dependencies, gaps, and develop responsive project plans approved by the client
