Learn more: jti.com | JTI Turkiye | JTI Turkiye Young Talent Programs Please, apply till October 30, 2026 IWS (Integrated Work System) Manager You will lead and sustain Integrated Work System (IWS) deployment across the factory, driving phase progression, pillar integration, and effective Run to Target (RTT) ways of working. The role embeds Zero Loss, 100% Employee Ownership, and One Team by owning and continuously improving standards (DMS, SWP, IWS Tools) and building capability through a Learn–Do–Teach approach to accelerate operational excellence and sustainable performance. This position is based in Izmir and reports to the IWS Director. Position: As IWS Manager, you will be responsible for: IWS Deployment & Phase Progression Drive the factory IWS roadmap to reach factory CBN by ensuring capability development through pillar engagement. Guide the organization toward loss elimination and continuous improvement by developing standard work processes and mindsets that reinforce Zero Loss and 100% Employee Ownership. Lead the Learn–Do–Teach approach to strengthen organizational capability by training and coaching all levels to build self-sufficient teams that own and improve their work processes. Foster a “One Team” culture, promote cross-functional collaboration, and act as a cultural role model who unites the factory under the One Team mindset. IWS Governance & Performance Management Monitor and improve IWS performance through CBN KPIs, phase assessments, health checks, and pillar performance, ensuring alignment with factory business priorities. Translate factory priorities into clear IWS actions and ensure effective follow-up through DMS, PDCA, and RTT routines. Ensure IWS standards, tools, and ways of working are consistently implemented and sustained across the factory. Loss Elimination & Operational Excellence Lead the identification and prioritization of major losses and ensure effective loss elimination through structured problem-solving and PDCA. Drive improvements in OEE, reliability, quality, safety, cost, and productivity through IWS methodologies. Promote the reapplication of successful improvement practices and ensure lessons learned are shared across teams and processes. Leadership & Capability Building Build IWS capability across all organizational levels through structured training, coaching, and qualification systems. Coach leaders and pillar teams to strengthen ownership, problem-solving capability, and sustainable behaviors on the shop floor. Develop self-sufficient teams and internal IWS capabilities to ensure the long-term sustainability of the system. Pillar Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration Ensure effective integration of IWS pillars and alignment of pillar activities with factory priorities and the Master Plan. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to accelerate loss elimination, capability development, and reapplication of best practices. Ensure effective collaboration between IWS, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Engineering, and other relevant functions. Sustainability & Culture Ensure IWS systems are translated into consistent daily behaviors and become embedded in the factory culture. Promote a continuous improvement mindset and sustain IWS standards through effective governance, coaching, and accountability. Act as a role model for IWS principles and support the organization in building a strong culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Requirements: University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines) Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, preferred in IWS department Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Step qualification, preferably AM Step 4 or above Previous experience leading AM or Progressive Maintenance Pillars is preferred Strong leadership, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvement priorities Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English Advanced level of MS Office applications Ability to communicate effectively with both shop-floor teams and senior leadership What to expect: At JTI, we believe great talent deserves great rewards.
