Administration & Services plays a central role in our organization and encompasses a wide range of tasks that ensure the smooth execution of daily activities in each area. By doing so, Administration & Services makes a significant contribution to facilitating the workday for our employees and leaders. You can look forward to these exciting tasks Cleaning and maintaining production floors, offices, restrooms, and common areas within a Tier 1 automotive facility Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming to ensure a safe and organized environment Disinfecting restrooms, break areas, and high-touch surfaces in line with safety standards Emptying trash and recycling bins and following proper waste procedures Restocking restroom and cafeteria supplies as needed Identifying and reporting safety hazards or maintenance concerns Working independently on second shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) to support overall plant operations This is what you bring to us Previous janitorial or custodial experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Ability to work independently and follow established procedures What we offer you Competitive pay Health coverage for you and your family Generous number of vacation days each year Paid wellness time and 14 paid company holidays 401(k) with company match Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
