Our team is made up of people who take full ownership of their roles, regardless of seniority, and work together to solve recruiting challenges. Our goal is to keep pace with the growth of the securities business by providing talent insights as a business partner and maintaining a high talent bar at Toss Securities. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent expertise, with hands-on experience across recruiting planning, sourcing, and offer negotiation. An understanding of relevant roles and at least one of the following industries: IT, startups, securities, or financial services. Experience navigating the Japanese hiring market and managing relationships within the local recruiting agency ecosystem. Legal and practical knowledge of various employment types is a plus. Strong cross-border communication skills and experience collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders at the Korean headquarters and in Japan, while effectively aligning different perspectives. Professional proficiency in Japanese is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in either Korean or English in a business setting.
