Summary Job Description Main Duties Timely managing and monitoring of WIP, closing and physical archiving of work orders. Timely managing of production planning from order confirmation and creation of loading plan, Printing and controlling of production documents such as work order travellers, drawing and labels. Continuously monitoring the availability of work orders in close cooperation with Production Supervisors or Production Team Leads. Ensure the timely printing and closing of work orders according to the Production Loading plan. Decoding of production processes to ERP system and Excel Planning tools Following the operations strategy according to the long- term company objectives and realize the Planning KPI’s/targets. Reaching the goals set out in the company plan and budget. Background At least 2nd year college. A minimum of 2 years related experience from manufacturing set-up. Can collaborate with counterpart in the international (Europe, USA, Asia) environment. Knowledge of ERP systems Knowledge of production methods and processes Skills Computer literate: MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Knowledge of raw materials, production planning methods Forecasting skills Has solid skill and experience in material planning Excellent command of English language Personality Analytical Has strong personality Pro-active and is optimistic.
