The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities will also include assisting with audits, preparing tax returns, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing support during financial planning and analysis. The role involves working closely with senior accountants and other team members to ensure efficient operations and contributing to the firm's success. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices Strong knowledge of Taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance regulations Computer skills including familiarity with accounting software, MS Excel, and related tools Attention to detail, time management, and organization skills Good verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field Prior experience or internships in accounting is an advantage Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning in the accounting domain
