About the Role As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Junior BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team and help turn data into meaningful insights that improve outcomes for our residents and teams across the organisation. This 12‑month fixed term, hybrid role (2 days onsite in Burnley - located between Richmond and Hawthorn) is a standout opportunity for an early‑career BI professional with 2-3 years' experience who's passionate about data, storytelling, and continuous learning. You'll collaborate with experienced BI Developers and Data Engineers to deliver trusted reporting and dashboards that enable better, data‑driven decisions, bringing data to life through intuitive design, strong data quality, and the ability to translate business questions into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Development Build and enhance Power BI dashboards from governed datasets Use data storytelling to drive decisions Develop DAX measures and semantic models Support deployment, refresh, and access Data Preparation & Modelling Extract, transform, and validate data using SQL Support dimensional models Identify and resolve data issues Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement Gather requirements and refine solutions with stakeholders Translate needs into actionable reporting Maintain clear documentation Contribute to best practice and continuous improvement About You You're curious, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with a passion for turning data into insights that make a difference.
