Vos missions Assist in the development, implementation and assessment of brands vision, brands strategy, brands innovation and brands activation of brands to help ensure that all marketing and sales objectives are achieved in the French market. Business analysis • Analyse sales data from various sources to be used in sales & marketing presentations; • Analyse and report the monthly brand situation (sell-in and sell-out), the competition (incl. media expenditures) activity plan and market evolution • Ensure the relevance of market analysis and make strategic recommendations, aimed to support the marketing policy and plans • Conduct regular competitive analysis covering market performance, innovation, pricing, promotions and media support to identify strategic growth opportunities. Portofolio owner • Act as the main point of contact between local teams, European teams, Group Marketing, design agencies and manufacturing sites. • Partner with international brand teams to adapt global innovations and ensure successful local implementation. • Manage the product portfolio and drive new product introductions to expand the assortment and increase market share. • Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept development to market launch. • Build and manage project timelines, ensuring delivery against key milestones. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance and Manufacturing). • Own the NPD process and lead regular project review meetings with European teams, factories and Group Marketing. • Coordinate artwork development with design agencies and ensure timely execution of packaging updates. • Ensure launch readiness and successful commercialization of new products. Media & Activation • Work closely with your manager on global brand activation plan and consumer promotional activations (media, digital, in-store, consumer game) • Formulate and execute policy, plans and programs with regard to distribution, advertising campaigns, media, promotion, packaging and discounts in order to realize growth objectives and to ensure the image and branding of the brand Profil recherché Skills needed • Strong analytic skills and experience with data systems (Nielsen / IRI / Kantar). • Strong experience in the creative and production process, design and implementation, research and development. • Knowledge in digital (influence & social media) • A good understanding of product marketing and good experience in managing the marketing of a product and liaising within teams and external communications agencies. • A good understanding of the advertising/agency process and the ability to plan/measure and assist in executing marketing campaigns and strategies. • High level of personal organisation. • French : fluent • Excellent understanding of the English language, spoken and written (everyday work language) • Soft skills: agility, situational adaptability and willingness to work in an international company
