Junior Program Manager, AI Studio

The AI Studio at Vocal Media produces AI-generated social video at real scale, across reproductive health, climate, finance, politics, and culture. Behind every account that ships on time is a lot of quiet coordination: schedules, docs, handoffs, and systems that keep a fast-moving creative team in sync. That is where you come in.   We are looking for a Junior Program Manager to keep the AI Studio running day to day. You will work directly with our Program Manager to coordinate schedules, maintain our documentation and workflows in Notion, track deliverables across accounts, and keep the operation organized as we grow. This is a part-time role to start, built for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a full program management seat as the studio scales.
