Support the Voith Group | Division Corporate Functions & Services as a Junior Project Manager - Internal Communications & Social Media (m/f/d) | Steinbeis-Masters Program Job ID 79183 | Location Heidenheim | Starting immediately or in February 2027 Your Responsibilities As a Junior Project Manager, you will contribute to the further development of our global employee engagement strategy by creating initiatives that strengthen employee identification with the company, foster networking, and encourage participation across our global workforce. Together with the team, you will develop concepts that better connect our internal and external communication channels, leverage synergies, and position employees as authentic ambassadors of our company. In addition, you will support our daily operations and contribute to the creation of target group-oriented content for our global internal communication channels and corporate social media platforms. You will assist in the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of selected communication initiatives and employee engagement formats. Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility for your own projects, from the initial idea through to performance measurement and evaluation. You will support the communication of strategic business initiatives, internal events, and global campaigns, while also developing ideas to make these activities engaging and meaningful for employees. You will monitor trends in internal digital communication, analyze the performance of our content, and work with the team to derive recommendations for improving our communication activities. You will collaborate closely with Corporate Communications, People & Culture, the respective business units, and international regions. Your Profile You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study. You are passionate about corporate communications, digital media, and the role communication plays in connecting people. You have a strong sense for topics, target audiences, and storytelling, and enjoy presenting content in a creative and easy-to-understand way. You enjoy both conceptual and analytical thinking while also being hands-on in execution, bringing your own ideas and perspectives to the table. You stand out through your initiative, organizational skills, and structured way of working, and are eager to take on increasing levels of responsibility. Initial experience with content management systems, social media tools, or the creation of image and video content is an advantage, but not required. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile. German language skills are considered a plus.
