Clariness is looking for a Junior WordPress Developer (f/m/d) based in Serbia. - Full-time; unlimited - About the role: As a Junior WordPress Developer, you'll join our Creative team and play an important role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our WordPress websites. Working closely with designers and cross-functional teams, you'll create responsive, high-quality digital experiences that support our global business and help connect patients with clinical research opportunities. As a Junior WordPress Developer, you would be responsible for: Develop, maintain, and update WordPress websites using Elementor and other standard development tools. Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites. Build and maintain reusable website components using Elementor and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Ensure multilingual websites meet translation, quality, and compliance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve website layout, styling, functionality, and content issues while following WordPress best practices. Support WordPress customisations, integrations, and ongoing technical improvements. Create and maintain documentation relating to website updates and development activities. We would like you to have: 1–2 years of professional experience in WordPress development. Hands-on experience developing responsive websites using Elementor. Experience working with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Experience translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites. Familiarity with WordPress customisations, integrations, or basic workflow automation. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
