Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in New Delhi. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage key client accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and develop strategic plans for sustaining and growing client engagements. The role involves analyzing client needs, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Strong Account Management and Key Accounts management skills to maintain and develop strategic relationships with clients
Proficiency in Business Planning and understanding customer business needs for creating tailored strategies
Excellent Customer Service abilities to address client inquiries and deliver exceptional client satisfaction
Analytical Skills for assessing business opportunities and solving complex challenges effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams seamlessly
Proven experience in managing key accounts in a corporate setting
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in facility management or a similar service-based industry is an advantage
