About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Commercialisation Performance, the Lead, Digital Commercialisation Performance leads the insights and reporting capability that enables Digital Commercialisation & Growth to understand performance, identify growth opportunities and manage action against agreed outcomes. The role is accountable for producing accurate, consistent and timely performance reporting across digital sales, leads, customer engagement and funnel outcomes, while translating data into clear insights, performance narratives and recommendations for business stakeholders. The role supports the performance framework owned by the Senior Manager by managing reporting rhythms, maintaining dashboards, improving data quality, simplifying reporting processes and ensuring performance actions are visible, tracked and progressing. The role also supports annual target setting, initiative tracking and medium to long-term digital sales growth planning through a clear bottom-up view of initiatives, commercial drivers and performance gaps. Insights, Reporting & Performance Narrative Lead regular weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting across digital sales, leads, funnel conversion, campaigns, product changes and optimisation initiatives. Translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations and executive-ready performance narratives. Identify opportunities, risks and gaps in digital sales, leads, conversion and engagement performance. Provide performance updates for DCG, Digital, Product, Marketing and business partner routines. Performance Framework & Action Management Support the Senior Manager to embed consistent performance measures, reporting standards and success metrics across DCG. Track actions emerging from performance reviews and ensure owners, timing and progress are visible. Support annual target setting by building and maintaining the bottom-up initiative view across products, channels and growth levers. Support mid to long-term digital sales growth planning by identifying performance trends, gaps and opportunities. Reporting Quality, Automation & Playbooks Maintain, optimise and improve recurring reports, dashboards and performance packs to ensure accuracy, consistency and usability. Support simplification and automation of performance reporting across digital sales and funnel views. Partner with Lead (Analytics) to create and maintain tracking playbooks that define the required measures, events, dashboards and reporting outputs for new initiatives or journey changes. Partner with Lead (Analytics), Data and Technology teams to improve data availability, quality and self-service reporting capability. Measurement Support & Growth Optimisation Support Marketing, Personalisation, Site Conversion and Product teams to measure performance against yearly targets and initiative objectives. Analyse delivery initiatives, campaigns, product changes and offers to understand contribution to overall sales and customer outcomes. Support end-to-end funnel reporting by coordinating data collection and improving visibility across fragmented platforms. Including managing benchmarking, CX and drop out analysis with Product Owners Surface insight-led opportunities that support prioritisation, optimisation and continuous improvement. What will you bring? Must have knowledge, skills and experience Strong experience in digital performance reporting, commercial analysis, funnel analytics or business insights. Ability to convert complex data into concise commercial insights, recommendations and action-oriented performance narratives. Strong understanding of digital sales, lead generation, customer journeys, conversion funnels and campaign performance measurement. Experience managing recurring reporting rhythms, dashboards, scorecards and executive performance updates. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain reporting accuracy, data quality and consistent performance definitions. Ability to work across Product, Marketing, Personalisation, Site, Data, Technology and business stakeholders to drive performance outcomes. Good to have knowledge, skills and experience Experience in financial services, banking or similarly regulated environments. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, SQL or comparable reporting and analytics tools. Knowledge of experimentation, CRO, attribution, personalisation, decisioning or marketing performance analytics. Experience supporting annual planning, target setting, initiative tracking or commercial performance governance. Experience simplifying and automating reporting processes across multiple data sources. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Digital, Technology, Finance or a related discipline is advantageous. Data visualisation, business intelligence, digital analytics or agile delivery certifications are advantageous. So why join us?
